Cancellation on or before July 1 - Full refund less $15 transaction fee* -
Cancellation between July 2- Aug 15, 2026: $135 cancellation fee+ $15 transaction fee* -
Cancellation between Aug 16-Sept 17, 2026: $185 cancellation fee + $15 transaction fee* -
Cancellation after Sept 17, 2026: NO REFUNDS -
Fees will NOT BE REFUNDED/CREDITED during the season due to players not being able to attend games or practice/training sessions. |
*CANCELLATION FEE DETAILS: Northwest Zone Basketball Association incurs league fees, referee fees, liability insurance costs, online transaction and administration fees, and supplier costs based on the commitments of players that are registered. Once registration closes and our Northwest teams are declared to the league (and team fees are paid), these team registration and administration fees are non-refundable back to our association. |

Full refund- if cancellation occurs 14 days (or more) before the start date of first session -
50% refund - if cancellation occurs 7-13 days before the start date of first session -
No Refund Issued- if cancellation is less than 7 days before the start of the first session. |
