Sessions are traditionally mixed (boys and girls together) and players will participate in practice sessions once per week. No official league games are played however, small inter-group games are a part of each practice session. These inter-group games focus on skill development while keeping it fun for the kids. The kids receive a jersey and ball at the start of the season, which they get to keep.
