REFUND POLICY- for Fall/Winter EYBA 2021-22 Season:
Please read and be aware of our Refund Policy before proceeding with your registration.
ALL Refunds requested, regardless of reasons for cancellation, will be subject to an automatic $50 cancellation fee.
Refunds requested before teams are formed will be subject to this automatic $50 cancellation fee.
Refunds requested after teams are formed are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. This refund may also be pro-rated based on the number of games/ training sessions that have occurred to the date the refund was requested. Fees will NOT BE REFUNDED due to players not being able to attend games or practice/training sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after the first game weekend of the 2021-22 Fall EYBA Season, First week of U7/U9 Season, and first game weekend of the 2022 Winter EYBA Season for U18 category. This means NO REFUNDS will be issued after the first full week of the Fall/Winter Season and first game weekend of the Winter U18 Season.
PLAYER/TEAM ASSIGNMENT: Once players have been assigned to their specific teams, there will be NO MOVEMENT of players from one team to another.
